Dwelling Notes
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-19
This Privacy Policy explains how the public website at https://dwellingnotes.com handles information in its current V1 configuration.
Who operates this site
Dwelling Notes is the public editorial brand.
Legal operator: Mykyta Chukhriienko
Privacy contact: nikitozzz398@gmail.com
Information you provide
The current public site does not require visitors to create an account and does not include a public contact form, newsletter signup, checkout, or other feature designed to collect information directly from visitors.
If you choose to contact Dwelling Notes by email, the information you include in that email may be processed as reasonably necessary to respond, handle the request, maintain appropriate records, protect legal rights, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Technical information processed when you visit
The services used to host, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site may automatically process ordinary technical request information. Depending on the infrastructure configuration, this may include an IP address, request time, requested page or URL, browser or user-agent information, referrer information supplied by the browser, HTTP status information, error information, and security events.
This information may be processed to deliver the site, maintain availability, diagnose errors, prevent or investigate abuse, protect the site and its visitors, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Analytics, advertising, cookies, and tracking
In the V1 launch configuration, Dwelling Notes does not intentionally deploy:
- an analytics SDK;
- an advertising pixel;
- browser fingerprinting;
- marketing or behavioral-advertising trackers;
- marketing or advertising cookies.
Infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver or secure the site.
If analytics, advertising technology, email capture, affiliate tracking beyond ordinary outbound links, or other non-essential tracking is added later, the privacy and consent requirements must be reviewed and this policy must be updated before activation.
Affiliate links
The pre-affiliate V1 site does not contain Amazon Special Links or other active affiliate links.
If monetization is activated later, Dwelling Notes will add the disclosures and privacy information required for the actual technologies and commercial relationships then in use.
How information may be shared
Technical information may be processed by service providers that host, deliver, maintain, or secure the site, subject to their applicable service arrangements.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce applicable site terms.
Dwelling Notes does not intentionally sell visitor personal information or use V1 site data to build targeted advertising profiles.
Retention
Technical logs and security records are retained according to the operational and security settings of the services used to run the site and for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or applicable legal obligations.
This V1 policy does not claim a fixed technical-log retention period because the exact period must be verified against the deployed infrastructure.
Email correspondence, if any, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain appropriate business records, protect legal rights, or comply with applicable obligations.
Third-party websites
Editorial pages may link to third-party websites for reference or additional information. Those websites are operated separately and have their own privacy practices. Dwelling Notes is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
Privacy questions and requests
Privacy rights can differ by location. To ask a privacy question or make an applicable privacy request, contact:
nikitozzz398@gmail.com
The legal operator will handle applicable requests as required by law.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the site, infrastructure, data practices, or commercial relationships change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version.
